However, when we did find it open (weekends mostly) and stopped in, what we found was a curiousity shop/antique store / European-style bakery full of frothy creamy goodness, peach cobblers, decadent chocolate confections and ice cream all made by the husband/wife proprietors. You will think you have died and gone to dessert heaven.
I would strongly recommend that they post hours of business. Also: sales are cash only. Be prepared to turn off Hwy. 221 onto the small apron parking lot. It's along a twisting curve in the road.
Cool little country store off of 221. Weird hours, so hope they are open. They have gifts, pastry, pies, coffee and decor.
Although we live very close we always joked about this establishment never being open.

Mixed berry cobbler was fantastic. Other people in our group got cheesecake and upside down cake and everyone was very pleased. Staff was very nice and friendly. Cash or check only.... No credit cards!
